The Indigenous Training Institute Enseignement Abénaki is committed to offering content that is authentic, rigorous, and respectful of Indigenous history and traditions. To preserve the integrity of our teachings and ensure exclusive access to high-quality resources, we have implemented a policy on admission and personalized programs that reflects our mission and values.

Why have we adopted an admission and program enrollment policy?

 

We have established an admission procedure to become a member, accompanied by personalized enrollment plans to meet the diverse needs of our members. This approach allows us to:

✅ Support each member with resources tailored to their learning path and interests;
✅ Foster a respectful and engaged community aligned with our educational and cultural mission.

 

Each personalized enrollment plan helps promote essential knowledge while allowing for a structured and compassionate learning experience.

In order to ensure an experience aligned with these principles, the admission and membership process takes place in several clear steps.

 

How does the admission and enrollment process work?

We believe that every member deserves fair and meaningful access to resources. That’s why we accompany you every step of the way.

  1. Admission request to become a member and validation

    To become a member, every individual must first submit an admission request. Once accepted, a detailed validation form will be sent to you to better understand your intentions, within a specified timeframe.

  2. Admission review and sending the link for program enrollment

    After reviewing and validating your form, an admission confirmation will be sent to you with a secure link to purchase a personalized program at a modest fee. This must be activated within the prescribed timeframe by making payment via PayPal, ensuring a simple and secure transaction.

  3. Activation of enrollment in personalized programs

    Once your enrollment is paid, you will receive a welcome letter directing you to your learning space. You will then have access to the training and content associated with your personalized enrollment plan.

  4. Access to our trainings and resources

    Trainings, exclusive content, and educational resources are available based on different levels of enrollment tailored to your needs. Payments are made via PayPal or Interac (E-Transfer).

Who can enroll?

Our enrollment policy is open to anyone who wishes to access authentic, high-quality content about Indigenous history, traditions, and culture. Our trainings are based on respect and a deep understanding of cultural issues, fostering inclusive learning for all.

Enrollment validation

Enseignement Abénaki is open to all but reserves the right to refuse any enrollment that, upon review, does not align with our mission, values, or your expectations. Decisions will be communicated by email. This measure ensures alignment with our mission, protects the integrity of our teachings and community, and guarantees respectful, high-quality exchanges for all members.

Every personalized enrollment directly supports our mission: to authentically and respectfully transmit and preserve Indigenous knowledge, far from stereotypes and misinterpretations. By becoming a member, you not only gain access to valuable resources but also play an essential role in supporting an engaged community, contributing to the recognition and transmission of Indigenous teachings for future generations.

General conditions

  • Membership is valid for a specified period, according to the chosen membership plan, and can be renewed upon expiration.

  • Enrollment is valid for a set period based on the selected plan and may be renewed upon expiration.

  • No enrollment is refundable except in the case of a billing error.

  • Accepted members will receive all necessary information to activate their personalized enrollment plan.

Annual renewal of membership status

  • An annual renewal of membership status is scheduled to ensure regular follow-up. At the beginning of the new year, an email will be sent to reconfirm your commitment and update your membership.

  • This measure ensures effective member management and fair, high-quality communication for all active members.

Policy Updates

This policy may evolve to improve our services and practices.

In the event of any discrepancy or misunderstanding between language versions, the French version of these terms shall prevail.
