In the event that a transaction is made by cheque or postal order, the information will not be retained by Enseignement Abénaki, but transmitted directly to the providers or financial institutions mandated for processing transactions.

The domains to which links on the site lead do not engage the responsibility of the Enseignement Abénaki Editor who has no control over these links.
It is possible for a third party to create a link to a page of the Enseignement Abénaki website WITH the express permission of the Publisher.

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect in respect of the User from the beginning of the use of the site Enseignement Abénaki.

This contract is subject to the laws of Quebec and Canada. The content of the Enseignement Abénaki website is made available to you from the office in Odanak, Quebec (Canada), only on condition that you accept the conditions below.
If you do not agree to these terms, you are NOT allowed to consult this site or receive our mailings, or use our services and it is against our will that you obtain a copy of our documents.
OBLIGATORY CONDITIONS
To use the Abénaki Teaching site and receive our mailings:
• No matter where the pages you access are physically located, the original of the Site is in our offices in Odanak and everything that happens on or off our Site shall be deemed to be taking place in Odanak, in our offices;
• Regardless of where you access our site, you must consider that the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada govern what happens on our site and with us, as if you were physically coming to our Odanak office;
• If the laws of your country or region prohibit anything happening on our site or on the margins of our site, you are responsible for respecting them and refrain from using this site.
